Where to find them

Most of the region's motels are in Radium Hot Springs, Cranbrook and Creston. In all, they are in 16 towns. Most of them have their own website, and the links below take you straight there.

Highways explain this page best. Motels pile up where a long drive ends and near the hot pools that pull people off the road. There are few in towns nobody passes through. Almost all take bookings by phone. A call is still the quickest way to hold a room for a late arrival, or to ask if your dog is welcome. If you arrive after dark, call ahead. The office closes before the highway does.
