Pet stores 21 listed in the Kootenays

Where to find them

Most of the region's pet stores are in Castlegar, Cranbrook and Trail. In all, they are in 11 towns. Most of them have their own website, and the links below take you straight there.

These shops sell feed, kibble, fish tank supplies and the one brand your cat will actually eat. Across the whole region, you will find just a handful. Most sit in the bigger towns next to the grocery stores. For people in small towns, that means a drive. So call to make sure the bag is on the shelf before you burn the gas. Some shops will order it in and hold it for you.
