Tire shops 32 listed in the Kootenays

Where to find them

Most of the region's tire shops are in Cranbrook, Trail and Castlegar. In all, they are in 14 towns. About half have their own website. For the rest, the phone number is the best way in.

Changing to winter tires is the main business here. From the first snow warning until the roads settle, the phone barely stops. Almost none of these shops have a website, so you book by phone. Calling early can mean a spot now instead of a long wait. Ask if they store your other set of tires, because people forget that until spring.
