The Kootenay List opened in July 2026 with 5,682 entries, every one traced to a public source and stamped as of 24 JUL 2026. There is no "new this month" yet because month one is all of it. From the next monthly sweep on, this page tracks what actually changed.
How the Ledger works
Once a month the List runs a sweep of the region and publishes the changes: the new licences, the openings, the closures, and the quiet moves nobody announced. Month one is the whole founding record. The first true monthly page turns with the next sweep.
